Guided Tour of the Current Exhibitions for Silver Age Visitors
The guided tour will be dedicated to the oeuvre of the Yury and Irina Gretsky creative duo and that of Lidia Timoshenko, an important Soviet master from the 1930s.

Bold objects, charged with boundless imagination, installations and paintings by the artistic and family union of Yury and Irina Gretsky, working together since the 1970s, will be on view at the exhibition Around Us. The display presents art pieces executed over the last thirty years and covers all the main themes of the artists' work: the Russian North, biblical subjects and images of St Petersburg.

Youth of the Epoch show will present a string of radiant images of children and teenagers playing, dancing and sunbathing. Expressive portraits from the 1960s will reveal new facets of Timoshenko's painting skills. And her easel graphic works, including the famous series of illustrations for Alexander Pushkin's poem Eugene Onegin, provide an opportunity to further apprehension of the historic period and the versatile creative capabilities of the artist.
