This year's holiday camp will be dedicated to learning about the museum work and the process of exhibition organising.
At the MASP, children will be able to learn in a playful way about functioning of a museum and what departments it consists of, as well as how artists create their works that we see in exhibitions.
A number of workshops with artists will help children in their studies, including a workshop with Alexander Kipsone, whose exhibition Cultural Dyslexia will be held at the MASP during the holiday camp sessions.
The second half of the holiday camp activities will take place at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall, where children will see part of the exhibition Recycle Group, learn about new forms in art and different exhibition spaces, and also
make their own works based on the New Ruins project.
At the end of the programme, the children, together with Veronika Nikiforova, curator of MASP, will make their own small exhibition of the works they will have created during the workshops.
