Studied at Children’s Art School No. 10 (1975–1980); Leningrad Art College (1980–1984) in the Department of Restoration. Exhibited since 1985. Founder and member of the Stary gorod (Old City) group (1981), member of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Union of Artists (1985). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Main collections: S. P. Diaghilev Museum of Contemporary Art (St Petersburg); Narva Museum (Estonia), Neue Pinakothek (Munich, Germany).
