Studied at Leningrad Secondary School of Art (1982–1989); St Petersburg Higher College of Art and Design (1990–1992) in the Department of Artistic Ceramics and Glass; Camberwell College of Arts in London, UK (1998–2000). Exhibited since 1991. Member of the St Petersburg Union of Artists (1994). Created the Luda Art Gallery in St Petersburg (2009). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Main collections: State Russian Museum (St Petersburg), Murmansk Regional Art Museum, PERMM Museum of Contemporary Art (Perm); Ashmolean Museum (Oxford, UK), Victoria & Albert Museum (London, UK).
