Studied at Leningrad Secondary School of Art (1982–1989); St Petersburg Higher College of Art and Design (1990–1992) in the Department of Artistic Studied at Children’s Art School in Saratov (1948–1951); Leningrad Civil Engineering and Construction Institute (1957–1962) in the Faculty of Architecture under A. S. Vedernikov. Exhibited from 1962. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1967), the USSR Union of Architects (1968), the Gruppa vosmi – Lestnitsa (Group of Eight – Stairs) association (1975), the Tsekh (Guild) group (1991). Main collections: A. S. Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, State Tretyakov Gallery (both Moscow), National Library of Russia, State Museum of the Political History of Russia, State Museum of Urban Sculpture, State Russian Museum (all St Petersburg), State art museums in Ivanovo, Kirov.
