Applied artist
Studied at Children’s Art School in Omsk (1960–1968); Yaroslavl Art College (1968–1973); Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1973–1978) in the Department of Artistic Textile under K. B. Petrushina. Exhibited since 1978. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1984), the Association of Patchwork Masters of Russia (2004). Worked as an artist at the Applied Art and Sculpture Workshops of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Art Fund (1977–1995). Founder and President of St Petersburg Quilt Club (1995). Awarded the Grand Prix at the Lukomorye Festival in Gatchina (2008); laureate of the Patchwork Mosaic of Russia Festival in Ivanovo (2015). Lives and works in St Petersburg (since 1973). Main collections: All-Russian Museum of Applied Art (Moscow), State Museum of the History of St Petersburg (St Petersburg), M. V. Frunze Historical, Artistic and Memorial Museum (Shuya), Vladimir and Suzdal State History, Art and Architecture Museum-Reserve (Vladimir); National Museum of the History of Moldova (Chișinău).
