Studied at Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1984–1989) in the Faculty of Monumental and Decorative Art under O. I. Kuznetsov and A. Yu. Talaschuk. Exhibited since 1989. Member of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Union of Artists (1989). Lives and works in St Petersburg (since 1980). Main collections: State Russian Museum (St Petersburg); Zimmerli Art Museum (New Brunswick, USA), Museum Ludwig (Cologne, Germany).
