Studied at Moscow State University (1989–1994) in the Faculty of History. Exhibited since 1983. Member of the Association of Experimental Fine Art (1983), the Free Culture Humanitarian Foundation (1992). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Main collections: State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan), Tomsk Regional Art Museum.
