Studied at the T. G. Shevchenko Art School, Kiev (1950–1957); Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1959–1964) in the Department of Monumental and Decorative Painting under G. A. Savinov. Exhibited from 1965. Member of the Gruppa vosmi – Lestnitsa (Group of Eight – Stairs) association (1975), the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Union of Artists (1990). Worked in Kyzylorda (1964), Samarkand (1965–1970). Creator of monumental works for public buildings in Kyzylorda (Kazakhstan), Samarkand (Uzbekistan), Spitak (Armenia), St Petersburg, Tomsk, Cherepovets. Main collections: Yaroslavl Art Museum.
