Studied at the Repin Institute of Arts (1982–1988) in the Faculty of Painting under A. A. Mylnikov. Exhibited since 1988. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1990). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Main collections: All-Russian Museum of A. S. Pushkin, Museum of the History of Kronstadt, State Literary and Memorial Museum of F M. Dostoevsky (all St Petersburg), Museum of the World Ocean (Kaliningrad), Ye. D. Felitsyn State Historical and Archaeological Museum- Reserve (Krasnodar), Novgorod State Integrated Museum- Reserve, Novosibirsk State Art Museum, Staraya Ladoga Museum-Reserve of History, Architecture and Archaeology.
