Studied at Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1977–1982) in the Faculty of Monumental and Decorative Art under A. B. Grushko and V. I. Suvorov. Exhibited since 1982. Member of the Mitki group (1988–1991), the Artists’ Union of Russia (1996). Lives and works in St Petersburg.
