Studied at Leningrad Secondary School of Art (1975–1982); the Repin Institute of Arts (1982–1989) in the Faculty of Architecture under V. S. Volonsevich. Exhibited since 1989. Member of the Architects’ Union of Russia (1992), the Artists’ Union of Russia (1994), co-founder and member of the Deti Arkhipa Kuindzhi (Children of Arkhip Kuindzhi) association (1999). Worked as an artist-architect at the Lenproektrestavratsiia institute (1989–1992), an artist for the magazine Koster (Bonfire) and Spetsliteratura, Detgiz, Vita Nova publishing houses (since 1993). Recipient of the Grant of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of architecture (1998). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Main collections: Central Railway Museum, National Library of Russia, Tsarskoe Selo Collection Museum (all St Petersburg), F. M. Dostoevsky State Literary Museum (Omsk), State art museums in Khanty- Mansiysk, Novosibirsk, Noyabrsk and Salekhard.
