Studied at Vilnius State Art Institute (1948–1950); Leningrad State University (1950–1954) in the Faculty of History. Exhibited from 1959. Worked as curator at the State Museum of the History of Leningrad (1955–1961); researcher at the Leningrad Branch of the All-Union Research Institute for Industrial Aesthetics (1967–1977). Main collections: State Museum of the History of St Petersburg, State Russian Museum (both St Petersburg), Sakhalin Regional Art Museum (Yuzhno- Sakhalinsk).
