Studied at Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation (1974–1979). Exhibited since 1978. Member of the Letopis (Chronicle) group (1977–1981), the Association of Experimental Fine Art (1981–1990), the St Petersburg Academy of Contemporary Art association (2000).
