Studied at Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1973–1978). Exhibited since 1978. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1982). Taught at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art in Tel Aviv, Israel (2012–2014). Lived and worked in St Petersburg until 2008, when he moved to Haifa, Israel. Main collections: State Museum of Urban Sculpture (St Petersburg), Vladimir and Suzdal State History, Art and Architecture Museum-Reserve (Vladimir).
