Graphic artist, painter, writer
Studied at Stalinabad Art College (1951–1953); the Repin Institute of Arts (1954–1960) in the Faculty of Painting under M. P. Bobyshov. Exhibited from 1954. Member of the USSR Union of Writers (1961), the USSR Union of Artists (1973). Author of numerous literary works for children and adults (from 1958); worked as an artist for the Detgiz publishing house (from 1959). Main collections: State Museum of the History of Russian Literature (Moscow), State Museum of Theatre and Music, State Russian Museum (both St Petersburg), Vologda History, Architecture and Art Museum- Reserve.
