Studied at Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (1962–1967); Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1973–1975). Exhibited since 1975. Member of the Association for Experimental Exhibitions (1975), the Aleph group (1975), the Association of Experimental Fine Art (1981). Worked as a design engineer in the Mechanization Design Bureau in Leningrad (1967–1972), as an artist at the Artistic Design Studio of the Tosno District House of Culture (1972–1980s). Lived and worked in Leningrad (1962–1993), emigrated to Israel, based in Jerusalem (since 1993). Main collections: Museum of Nonconformist Art, State Literary and Memorial Museum of F. M.
