Studied at Leningrad Housing Construction College (1958–1962); Solomon Rossin’s Studio, Gatchina (1968–1970); Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1970–1977) in the Department of Interior Design and Furnishings. Exhibited since 1978. Member of the Association of Experimental Fine Art (1983– 1989), the USSR Union of Artists (1988). Worked as a gardener in Gatchina (1962–1970). Lives and works in St Petersburg (since 1957). Main collections: Museum of Nonconformist Art, State Russian Museum (both St Petersburg), Kaliningrad Regional Museum of Fine Arts.
