Studied at Leningrad Polytechnic Institute (1955–1959) under N. I. Katseblin; Leningrad State Institute of Theatre, Music and Cinema (1959–1964) in the Faculty of Theatre Production under N. P. Akimov and T. G. Bruni. Exhibited since 1974. Member of the Leningrad City Committee of Artists association (1968–1974), Association of Experimental Fine Art (1982). Worked as production designer in the Regional Associated Drama Theatre, Chimkent (1964– 1967); an artist in Leningrad publishing houses (1967–1974). Lives and works in St Petersburg (since 1967).
