Studied at Sverdlovsk Art College (1937–1939); the Repin Institute of Arts (1945–1953) in the Faculty of Graphic Art under A. F. Pakhomov. Exhibited from 1954. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1957). Worked as an artist in the House of Culture of Krapiva Settlement, Tula Region (1947–1948). Taught at Leningrad College of Printing Trade (1953–1954). Veteran of the Soviet-Finnish War and WWII, awarded medals For Courage, For Merit in Battle, For the Defence of Leningrad, For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945. Main collections: Battle of Borodino Museum-Panorama (Moscow), Breaking of the Siege of Leningrad Museum-Reserve (Leningrad Region), Veliky Ustyug State Museum-Reserve of History, Architecture and Art.
