Studied at Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1964–1969) in the Department of Artistic Ceramics and Glass under V. F. Markov, O. A. Ivanov and K. M. Mitrofanov. Exhibited since 1973. Member of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Union of Artists (1975). Worked as an artist-designer in the in A. N. Krylov Central Research Institute LOT (1969–1974), the Applied Art Workshops of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Art Fund (1975–1991). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Main collections: All-Russian Decorative, Applied and Folk Art Museum, ROSIZO (both Moscow), State Hermitage, State Museum of the History of St Petersburg, State Museum-Institute of the Roerich Family, State Russian Museum (all St Petersburg), Gatchina State Museum-Reserve (Leningrad Region), State art museums in Kursk, Nizhny Novgorod, Tomsk and Tiumen.
