Studied at Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1964–1969) in the Department of Artistic Ceramics and Glass under V. F. Markov, O. A. Ivanov and K. M. Mitrofanov. Exhibited since 1973. Member of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Union of Artists (1975). Worked as an artist-designer in the in A. N. Krylov Central Research Institute LOT (1969–1974), the Applied Art Workshops of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Art Fund (1975–1991). Lives and works in St Petersburg.
