Studied at Leninakan Art College (1972–1976); Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1982–1987) in the Department of Monumental and Decorative Sculpture. Exhibited since 1983. Member of the St Petersburg Union of Artists (1991). Creator of monumental works in the Leningrad Region. Taught in a children’s art studio in Leningrad (1989–1990s). Lives and works in St Petersburg (since 1978). Main collections: Novgorod State Integrated Museum-Reserve.
