Studied at Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1968–1974) in the Department of Artistic Textiles under A. G. Sakhenberg. Exhibited since 1974. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1990), IFA (1995). Worked as a painter at the Arts and Design Workshops, and at the Applied Art Workshops of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Art Fund (1975–1990); production designer at the Osaka Municipal Theatre, Japan (1993). Lives and works in St Petersburg (since 1967). Main collections: State Museum of the History of St Petersburg (St Petersburg), Stary Oskol Art Museum; National Museum of Art (Osaka, Japan).
