Studied at Moscow State Correspondence Pedagogical Institute (1981–1986) in the Faculty of Art and Graphic Design. Exhibited since 1981. Member of the Youth Association of the USSR Union of Artists (1981), the Moscow Branch of the RSFSR Union of Artists (1986). Teaches at the State Specialised Institute of Arts – Russian State Specialised Academy of Arts (since 2003), Associate Professor (2015). Lives and works in Moscow. Main collections: Moscow Museum of Modern Art, Tsaritsyno State History, Architecture, Art and Landscape Museum-Reserve (both Moscow), State Russian Museum (St Petersburg), Bryansk Regional Art Museum and Exhibition Centre, Pereslavl-Zalessky State Museum-Reserve of History, Architecture and Art, Museum of History, Local Studies and Art (Tula), State art museums in Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Nizhny Tagil, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk and Yaroslavl.
