Studied at the M. B. Grekov Art College, Odessa (1988–1992) in the Department of Sculpture; St Petersburg Higher College of Art and Design – St Petersburg State Academy of Art and Design as an undergraduate (1992–1999) in the Department of Art History and the Department of Monumental and Decorative Sculpture, and a post-graduate (1999–2002). Exhibited since 1988. Member of the Moscow Union of Artists (2002), IAA (2013), the Artists’ Union of Russia (2013). Teaches as Associate Professor at Moscow State Institute of Culture (since 2020). Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts (2019). Awarded the Silver Medal of the Russian Academy of Arts (2012), the St Peter the Apostle Medal of the Russian Orthodox Church (2018). Lived and worked in St Petersburg (1992–2001), since 2001 in Moscow. Main collections: All-Russian Museum of Applied and Folk Art, Kuskovo Estate Museum (both Moscow), Nikolsk Museum of Glass and Crystal.
