Worked as a set painter at the Kirov Theatre (1960–1962); a rigger in the State Hermitage (1962–1964); an artist-decorator at the Pskovo- Pechersky Monastery (1970s). Co-organiser and participant of the Exhibition of Riggers in the Hermitage (1964). Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation (2005).
