Studied at Leningrad Art College (1964–1968) in the Department of Graphic Art. Exhibited since 1972. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1977). Taught at the Art Studio of the Vyborgsky District Palace of Culture, Leningrad (1973–1978). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Main collections: State Literary and Memorial Museum of F. M. Dostoevsky, State Russian Museum, Tsarskoe Selo Collection Museum (all St Petersburg), Tula Museum of History, Local Studies and Art, State art museums in Arkhangelsk, Kurgan, Petrozavodsk, Saransk and Yaroslavl.
