Studied at Leningrad Art College (1973–1977) in the Department of Sculpture under V. S. Novikov; the Amateur Art Studio at the House of Medical Workers, Leningrad (1973–1977) under V. I. Suvorov. Exhibited since 1977. Member of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Union of Artists (1983), the Ozerki – Derevnia khudozhnikov (Artists’ Village) association (1987). Creator of monumental works in St Petersburg, Ufa, Svetlogorsk, Neuruppin (Germany) and other places. Lives and works in St Petersburg (since 1973). Main collections: Museum of Vadim Sidur (Moscow), State Russian Museum, Tsarskoe Selo Collection Museum (both St Petersburg), House-Museum of Hermann Brachert (Svetlogorsk).
