Studied in the UK (1982–1984) at the studios of the ceramics artists Ph. Rogers (Rhayader) and H. Pim (London); in Israel (1980s) at the studios of I. Schrammel and E. Sal. Exhibited from 1986. Lived and worked in Leningrad before emigrating to Israel in 1974. Main collections: State Literary and Memorial Museum of Anna Akhmatova at the Fountain House (St Petersburg).
