Studied at Saransk Mechanical Engineering College (1982–1986). Exhibited since 1992. Founder and owner of Parnas Art Gallery in Prague, Czech Republic, with a permanent display of his artworks (1992–2016). Lived and worked in Saransk (1967–1996), moved to Prague, Czech Republic, in 1996. Main collections: State Russian Museum (St Petersburg), S. D. Erzia Mordovian Republican Museum of Fine Arts (Saransk).
