Studied at the Repin Institute of Arts (1947–1953) in the Faculty of Painting under R. R. Frents, Yu. M. Neprintsev and M. G. Platunov. Exhibited from 1951. Member of the Leningrad Branch of the RSFSR Union of Artists (1953). Main collections: ROSIZO, State Museum of the History of Russian Literature (both Moscow), Central Naval Museum (St Petersburg), Breaking of the Siege of Leningrad Museum-Reserve (Leningrad Region), Ustyuzhna Local Studies Museum, State art museums in Kazan, Makhachkala, Novosibirsk.
