Studied at the P. P. Benkov Republican Art College, Tashkent (1971–1972); the Repin Institute of Arts (1973–1979) in the Faculty of Painting under D. F. Popov. Exhibited since 1980. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1984). Lives and works in St Petersburg (since 1973). Main collections: State Fine Arts Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan), I. I. Mashkov Museum of Fine Arts (Volgograd).
