Studied at Leningrad Art College; the Repin Institute of Art (1971–1977) in the Faculty of Painting under Ye. Ye. Moiseenko. Exhibited since 1978. Teacher and head of the School of Icon Painting in Lausanne, Switzerland (since 2000). Awarded Gran-Prix at the International Biennale of Arts in Florence (2001). Lives and works in Switzerland (since 1994).
