Studied at the Repin Institute of Arts (1955–1961) in the Faculty of Graphic Art under M. A. Taranov. Exhibited from 1961. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1962). Worked as an artist in the publishing houses Detskaia literatura (Children’s Literature, 1960–1980s) and Lenizdat, for the magazines Koster (Bonfire, 1960s) and Neva. Main collections: State Russian Museum, Tsarskoe Selo Collection Museum (both St Petersburg), P. S. Gamzatova Daghestan Museum of Fine Arts (Makhachkala), Novgorod State Integrated Museum-Reserve, I. N. Kramskoi Museum of History and Art (Ostrogozhsk).
