Painter, sculptor, graphic, applied artist
Studied at Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design as an undergraduate (1978–1983) in the Department of Artistic Metal, and a postgraduate (2000–2005). Exhibited since 1988. Member of IFA (2001), the Association of Art Critics (2010). Worked as an artist-designer in the A. N. Krylov Central Research Institute LOT (1983–1987); as an artist in the publishing house Redaktor of Leningrad Cartoon Club (1987–1990). Taught at children’s art studios (1987–1991), the Baltic Institute of Ecology, Politics and Law (2003–2007), teaches at Children’s Art School No. 16, St Petersburg (since 2007). Author of a number of publications on the subject Navershiia v arkhitekturnom metallodekore Peterburga kontsa XIX – nachala XX veka (Top-Pieces in the Architectural Metalwork of St Petersburg at the Turn of the 20th Century, 2010). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Main collections: Museum of the History and Nature of Kara Dag (Feodosia).
