Studied at Leningrad Secondary School of Art (1949–1956); the Repin Institute of Arts (1956–1962) in the Faculty of Painting under A. A. Mylnikov. Exhibited from 1962. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1967). Main collections: Central Naval Museum, State Memorial Museum of the Defence and Siege of Leningrad (both St Petersburg), State art museums in Kaliningrad, Saratov, Volsk, Zelenogorsk; National Art Museum of Ukraine (Kiev).
