Studied at Moscow Civil Engineering and Construction Institute (1959–1960); Moscow State Pedagogical Institute (1961– 1969) in the Faculty of Art and Graphic Design. Exhibited from 1969. Member of the Moscow Branch of the RSFSR Union of Artists (1975), the Association of Experimental Fine Art (1984), the Free Culture Humanitarian Foundation (1992).
