Studied at Tomsk Institute of Architecture and Construction (1917–1927); at Tomsk Art College (1917–1922). Exhibited since 1927. Member of the Association of Artists of the Revolution (1927–1931), Leningrad Branch of the Union of Soviet Artists (1938). Worked at the Urals State Institrute of Land Management Projects and Urals Civil Engineering and Construction Institute, both Sverdlovsk (1927–1931); Research Institute of Civil Engineering, Leningrad (1931–1933); Trade Union Council of Leningrad Region (1933–1935); studio No. 7 of Lenproekt Institute (1935–1938); the pavilion "Cotton" in the All-Union Agriculture Exhibition in Moscow (1938–-1939), as chief artist; the construction of theatre in Stalinabad, Tajik SSR (1940–1941); the Tajik SSR Union of Artists  (1942–1945); the construction of the Government House in Stalinabad (1947–1951); at Cooperative Partnership of Leningrad Artists (from 1954). Honoured Art Worker of the Tajik SSR (1951). Main collections: State Museum of Fione Arts (Moscow), State Russian Museum (St Petersburg), State art museums in Cheboksary, Khimki, Kirov, Kurgan, Nizhny Tagil, Tula, Voronezh and others.
