Studied at Yaroslavl Art College (1949–1953); the Repin Institute of Arts (1953–1959) in the Faculty of Painting under Ye. Ye. Moiseenko. Exhibited from 1953. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1961). Member of the group of artists, belonging to P. M. Kondratiev’s circle, Leningrad (from 1967). Main collections: Research Museum of the Russian Academy of Arts, State Russian Museum, Tsarskoe Selo Collection Museum (all St Petersburg), State art museums in Ivanovo, Kurgan, Novosibirsk, Petrozavodsk, Samara, Volgograd, Yaroslavl and others.
