Continuing the series of exhibition projects “Moscow/St Petersburg”, the goal of which is to popularise the capital's contemporary art, MASP introduced the oeuvre of renowned artist Maria Kulagina.

The Self-Portrait. In Time and in Space exposition presented the art pieces by one of the most prominent Moscow innovative artists, whose expressive art balances between painting and sculpture.

The exhibition featured both the artist's early paintings and the recent art objects - large-format reliefs and sculptural compositions made with cardboard, plywood, wire and plaster.
