Studied at Leningrad Secondary School of Art (1976–1983); Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1983–1984, 1986–1987) in the Faculty of Industrial Design. Exhibited since 1987. Member of the Mitki group (1987–1999), the Artists’ Union of Russia (1994), the KOLKhUi (Witchcraft Artists) group (2016). Worked as an artist for the publishing houses Amphora, Syntax, Red Sailor, Mitki-Libris, Prism-15 and Vita Nova (1989–2015), at the Imperial Porcelain Factory (2004). Lives and works in St Petersburg.
