Painter, graphic and applied artist, writer
Studied at Leningrad Secondary School of Art (1976–1983); Leningrad Higher College of Art and Design (1983–1984, 1986–1987) in the Faculty of Industrial Design. Exhibited since 1987. Member of the Mitki group (1987–1999), the Artists’ Union of Russia (1994), the KOLKhUi (Witchcraft Artists) group (2016). Worked as an artist for the publishing houses Amphora, Syntax, Red Sailor, Mitki-Libris, Prism-15 and Vita Nova (1989–2015), at the Imperial Porcelain Factory (2004). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Main collections: State Library of Russia, Tsaritsyno State History, Architecture, Art and Landscape Museum-Reserve (both Moscow), Central Museum of Communications, Museum of Nonconformist Art, National Library of Russia, State Hermitage, State Literary and Memorial Museum of F. M. Dostoevsky, State Russian Museum, Tsarskoe Selo Collection Museum (all St Petersburg), State art museums in Arkhangelsk, Khanty-Mansiysk.
