At the workshop, children will familiarise themselves with the genre of portrait. Interactive conversation will help visitors to answer the following questions: “What is the difference between a portrait and a self-portrait? What kind of portraits do exist? Can a portrait tell about a person, his character and mood?”.

During the activity, children will see how portraits differ from each other at the exhibition of Yelena Natarevich and Dmitry Vainman, and will try to recognise famous historical characters, portrayed in the Vainman’s works.
