Participants of the event will get acquainted with the exhibition Animalistic Art. In Jest and in Earnest with the help of unusual, fun interactive activities – solving riddles together and playing mini-games. Along with viewing the exhibition, we shall look at medieval bestiaries and the famous Book of Imaginary Creatures by Jorge Luis Borges, where descriptions of fantastic animals – griffins, chimeras, magical creatures – are presented. During the tour each visitor will create a fairy-tale beast of his own, combining traditional ideas about magical creatures and images from the 20–21st century art.
