At the first lecture on Antiquity, we shall understand the periods and geography of Ancient Greek Art, explore the history of iconic archaeological discoveries and learn about the heritage of the early Mediterranean region cultures. Which deities did the Minoan civilisation worship? How was the gold of the great Troy discovered? We shall answer many important questions, examine key masterpieces of the Dark Ages and try to solve the riddles left by this mysterious era.
