If you like Impressionism and everything related to it, then join the intellectual activity at MASP About Impresiioinism, which is part of the events’ programme for the exhibition Light and Air. Impressionist Traditions in Soviet Painting. There will be 10-minute talks on Impressionism presented at the event. The best presentation will be awarded a prize.

1. How to sell a painting if you are an Impressionist, Alina Novikova.

2. The image of Paris in Gustave Caibotte’s oeuvre, Sofia Kotlyarova.

3. From Edo to Paris: Impressionism and Ukiyo-e, Sofia Kucheryavenko.

4. Colour and Light, Elena Iliina.

Anyone can become a speaker, the main thing is to choose an interesting topic (Impressionism in painting, music, literature, photography, cinema, fashion, etc.) and get ready! In order to take part in the contest you should send before 21 February 2024 the title of the talk, presentation and your short biography to ilina@mispxx-xxi.ru. Competition results will be announced on 22 February 2024.
