During the tour we shall talk about French Impressionists, discuss the connection between the oeuvre of the Soviet artists and that of Manet, Monet, Renoir. Finally, we shall touch on formalism and remember the struggle of officials against any manifestations of impressionism in Soviet art, revealing the aspects that frightened authorities in those artistic revelations.
