We invite you to the discussion of Yulia Ivanova’s exhibition. A painter, graphic artist and poet, she was a striking personality, without whom it is impossible to imagine the art of 1980s Leningrad underground. People who closely knew the artist will share the stories behind some of her artworks – mystical landscapes of St Petersburg, mysterious still lifes and self-portraits. Visitors will also get acquainted with Ivanova's lyrical and dramatic poetry.
The renowned art historians and collectors Nikolai Kononikhin, Boris Faizullin and Alexei Rodionov, and, of course, the artist's son, Daniil Zhemchugov will join the discussion.
