The meeting is a unique opportunity to learn about art secrets of one of Petersburg’s celebrated sculptors Lev Smorgon, known as well as a designer, painter and writer. At the event, he will tell about the turning point in his creative career in the late 1960s when he started working in stone - the material that brought out main advantages of his artistic style. Visitors will also learn how he worked on his famous plastic dolls, which he designed from the mid-1950s until the early 1970s.
